mPEAK Coaching
An mPEAK Coach is a trained professional committed to helping you perform at your peak, while under pressure, without sacrificing life balance and wellbeing. mPEAK Coaching is a one-on-one relationship that will introduce you to all the formal mindfulness practices offered in the mPEAK course as well as the specific tools and exercises that are most relevant to your personal performance goals. In our 45-minute weekly phone or Zoom video sessions, we’ll continue to build on what’s already working well for you, while also stretching into new and less familiar ways of being. As challenges naturally arise from week to week, we’ll explore how to maintain stability in the present moment while responding with more wisdom and compassion. Each week you’ll be coached around your identified intentions, including how to deepen your mindfulness practices and integrate the insights you gain from those practices into new actions and possibilities. During this process you will be provided with mPEAK guided audio meditations, worksheets and articles detailing the science and application of the various mPEAK topics we’ll be exploring.
