Pete Kirchmer
Pete Kirchmer is the UC San Diego Center For Mindfulness mPEAK Program Director, co-creator of the mPEAK course and developer of the mPEAK Coach Certification curriculum. Currently Pete mentors mPEAK Coaches-In-Training and has a private Mindfulness Coaching practice with clients around the world including professional and Olympic athletes, executives, entrepreneurs and first responders. Pete’s been a teacher at the Chopra Center as well as the developer of the Chopra Center Life Coaching Program, he’s been a regular specialty presenter at Rancho La Puerta, a world class wellness resort in Tecate, Mexico and is a guiding teacher on the the Board of Directors for the Encinitas Mindfulness Community. Pete is a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through the U Mass Oasis Inst., holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arizona and has a Life Coach certification through the Coaches Training institute. Additionally Pete is a mindful movement teacher and holds certification as a STOTT Pilates Instructor.
